This website has recently been upgraded. I originally did the website using my own php framework and that really didn't work well for me because it was an extreme hassle to maintain. Kathi was our very first client and has been patient with us as we figured out a way to offer her the best website we could put together. I recently was able to migrate the site to drupal and also modify the theme to match her business card colors and also add her husband's information as they are now "Team Merritt." The drupal install and theme are much more solid from the inside out. The initial challenge of this site was integrating MLS listings from Broker Reciprocity (Arkansas managed MLS listings service). The had their own way of doing things so integrating their software and data was a pretty difficult challenge. We've been able to reuse the software for several sites now that pull Arkansas MLS listings.
